and - with a couple of tweaks - very pleased to be back on the road after a little break..

acquiring this new Industry Standard mark shows that we at corvus travel have followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, conducted risk assessments and have a new process in place to maintain cleanliness and social distancing.

with guidance from our friends at Visit England, we have drawn up a plan to enable our clients to enjoy the usual professional service provided by our staff, but at the same time have confidence that COVID-related issues have been discussed in-house, fully addressed and acted upon.

it is always our desire to provide a high standard of service and vehicle prep, but in addition our process now includes...
  • drivers wearing a facemask
  • drivers wearing gloves when handling baggage, operating doors and hatches
  • increased airflow inside the cabin and saloon areas, to promote the movement and replenishment of fresh air
  • hand sanitising, hand washing and drying facilities within vehicles
  • additional cleaning and vehicle sanitising regimes, including close attention to all door and hatch handles, armrests, seatbelts, buckles and anchorages, and window catches  
  • prior to pickup, every journey will begin with a full vehicle prep, involving the use of appropriate anti-virus products
